When Team Star Wolf found themselves under the employ of Andross, they also found themselves with a new member, Andrew Oikonny. Andrew is Andross’s nephew and one true heir to the mad scientist’s empire. After Andross’s defeat, Andrew had no reason to stay with Wolf’s crew. Andrew then took power over the Venomian Empire, but lost quickly to the Cornerian forces, with only his personal guard remaining.
