A commanding officer of the Orange Star army, Andy’s skill as a mechanic makes him indispensable on the battlefield. His trademark Hyper Repair can not only restore a unit to health, but also give them a boost in strength. When the other armies of Cosmo Land suddenly turn hostile to Orange Star, it falls to Andy discover what sparked this conflict, and restore peace to the four nations.
