The giant white Robin represents Balder, a tall and powerful magic user who wears a white robe. Umbra Clock Tower is similar to his boss battle as Father Balder in Bayonetta, which is fought on an indefinitely falling chunk of the Ithavoll Building. The music track is used as the backing for Bayonetta 2's opening where it tells the legend of Aesir, a being whose evil half is trapped inside of Balder and eventually corrupts him.
Comentário
The last of the Lumen Sages, the light counterpart to the infernal Umbra Witches, it was Balder himself who incited the events that led to the near extinction of both clans. Driven mad and tyrannical, Balder seeks to resurrect the dea, Jubileus, the Creator of Paradiso, the Human World, and Inferno. By doing this and reuniting all three realms, he hopes to remake reality in his image.
