Falco represents Coo. The battle references Coo's abilities in the Kirby series: he can fly quickly through the air, and isn't affected by heavy winds.

Carrying Kirby in his talons, Coo is even faster than Kirby in the air. Coo’s amazing speed even works underwater! He can’t walk on land, but it’s not like that’ll ever be a problem. Like the other Animal Friends, he also gains access to Kirby’s copy ability. As a Dream Friend, Coo gains his Cutter and Parasol abilities without the need to hold Kirby!
