Created to help with lumber work, Cut Man was among the original six Robot Masters reprogrammed by Dr. Wily in his first uprising. His A.I. is kind-hearted and a little naïve, which made him an easy target for Wily, but that also meant Cut Man was the least suited for combat. While the other Robot Masters all have weaknesses, for Cut Man the Mega Buster will do just fine.
