Following the invasion of Altea, Marth fled to Talys alongside other knights, including Draug. He accompanied Marth as a skilled Knight in his army during the War of Shadows and the War of Heroes. At the end of the conflict, Draug remained in Marth’s service, commanding the garrison in Grust. There, he became known as a kind but stalwart protector of the people.
