The last of Dr. Light’s industrial Robot Masters, Elec Man was built to monitor voltage at power plants, before being reprogrammed for evil with the rest. Being heralded as Light’s greatest creation, Elec Man developed quite the ego. Good thing Mega Man was there to take his spot and knock him down a peg! For maximum damage, be sure to cut Elec Man’s wires with the Rolling Cutter.
