Lament of Innocence
The blue Robin puppet fighter represents Hector, a Devil Forgemaster who wears a blue outfit, uses magic and bladed weapons, and is associated with his debut game's antagonist, Dracula. The blue Ridley minion fighter and the battle condition represent the Innocent Devil, a demonic creature that Hector can create and summon to help him in battle in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. The stage is based on The Great Cave Offensive, which takes place in an underground dungeon, referencing the special rooms in certain dungeon areas in Curse of Darkness where Hector can release Innocent Devils from their petrified state. The Battering Type items reference the Weapon Combining skill in Curse of Darkness, where Hector can forge and combine weapons to form stronger weapons, most of which are battering weapons. Other trivia: This spirit's Death's Scythe Equipped ability further references Hector's ability as a Devil Forgemaster to forge and create stronger weapons, including the Death's Scythe, the strongest weapon in Curse of Darkness.
