The stage represents Inkopolis Plaza, the main hub area of Splatoon taking place in the metropolitan city of Inkopolis, which features Jelonzo's store, Jelly Fresh. The Poison Floor hazard references how Jelonzo is based on a jellyfish, whose real-life species are known to inject venom via their barbed stinging tentacles. Other trivia: This spirit's Water/Freezing Resist ↑ ability references the clothing sold at Jelly Fresh can give players a unique advantageous effect, including resistance against damage from the opponent's ink.
