The gray King Dedede represents Kracko. The Pikachu favor using Thunder, referencing how Kracko often attacks with lightning bolts; this is also reflected by the spirit's Electric Attack ↑ ability. The stage, Skyworld, references how Kracko is often fought in cloud levels in the Kirby series. The music, Boss Theme Medley, includes several tracks that play when fighting Kracko in the Kirby series.

Who knew clouds could be spiky!? Known across Dream Land as the Lord of the Skies, he attacks Kirby with powerful rain and a energy beams. There are many forms of Kracko: Kracko Jr. is really just Kracko before he’s all puffed up, while Li’l Krackos are smaller relatives of the big guy himself. Kracko can actually summon Li’l Krackos while fighting Kirby. What a family reunion!
