The second series of Game & Watch units had gold faceplates, rather than the silver of the original series. The first in this line was Manhole, a game where Mr. Game & Watch uses a manhole to fill in gaps so that pedestrians won’t fall into the sewers below. In Smash, he pulls out the manhole for his down tilt attack. On the Flat Zone X stage, the manhole will sometimes appear as a platform.
