Yes, that is a sentient pile of vomit. Despite his appearance, he’s a formidable foe, being responsible for kidnapping the Mr. Saturns and releasing zombies into the town of Threed. Confronting him is a bad idea; he’s able to heal himself. Master Belch’s only weakness is his love of Fly Honey, which he’ll eat instead of remembering to heal. That’s your chance to strike!
