Based on Cut Man, Metal Man was the first Robot Master to be entirely designed by Dr. Wily, who built a new set of eight robots to get revenge on Mega Man for quelling his first uprising. Quick and to the point, Metal Man has one of the most directly dangerous weapons: the saw-like Metal Blades, which Mega Man uses for his Neutral Special. They might be a bit too strong, though, as Metal Man is weak to his own attacks.
