The larger yellow Sheik puppet fighter represents the Mummy, a large, slender humanoid enemy who is depicted wrapped up in brownish-yellow tinted bandages. The two Sheik puppet fighters reference how the Mummy was fought as a pair of bosses in Castlevania and Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. The stamina battle condition references the HP gauges used in the Castlevania series, which will result in a character or an enemy's defeat when the HP gauge is depleted. The battle conditions reference the boss battle against Akmodan II, the named Mummy in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night who will slowly advance towards the player and throw them if they get too close. Other trivia: This spirit's Speed ↓ ability further references the Mummy's slow movement speed in its boss battles in the Castlevania series. In World of Light, the Mummy spirit is located in the Dracula's Castle map in the Dark Realm, with its specific placement referencing how the Mummy is first encountered as the boss of Block 3 in Castlevania.
A pair of these wrapped-up royals shamble through the courtyards of Dracula’s Castle. They’ll attempt to trap any unlucky Belmont they find in a pincer maneuver, binding him with the bandages that they themselves are wound in. Don’t get too close, or they’ll send you flying with a throw. If you want to stay alive, get to higher ground and use the Holy Water to complete their cremation from a safe distance.
