#172 in the National Pokédex, Pichu is the one-and-only Tiny Mouse Pokémon. It’s the baby form of Pikachu, sharing its Electric-type, and fighting very similar to its adult counterpart in Smash. Being so young, Pichu isn’t able to properly store electricity in its cheeks, meaning it’ll shock itself whenever it tries to use its power. Despite this, Pichu is known to set off sparks when playing, but this usually ends with it startling itself.
