The music track is based on the theme song of Jungle Hijinxs, the first level in Donkey Kong Country which features the first appearance of Rambi as a playable character.
The battle condition allows Donkey Kong to damage the player by dashing into them, referencing Rambi's ability to charge into enemies and ram them with his horn.

Charge! A rhino friend to the Kong Clan who helps in return for being released from it’s crate-like prison. The Kongs can ride on Rambi, ramming directly through enemies as well as other blocks, spikes, or even finding secret areas!
