Once a lord of Cornwell, Raymond was stripped of his status after the nation was dissolved by the rest of the Lycian League under allegations of embezzlement made by Ostia. Forced to become a travelling mercenary, he took the name Raven and vowed to avenge his home. Although he outwardly joins Eliwood to protect his sister, also among his ranks, his true intent is to kill the heir to Ostia, Hector.
