In World of Light, the Squawks spirit is located at the eastern volcano area in the Light Realm, referencing Crocodile Cauldron, a volcanic area in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest which features the Squawks' Shaft level.
A multi-skilled parrot pal to the Kong Family, Squawks originally helped to light dark mine shafts in the first Donkey Kong Country. He’s since helped carry the Kongs through brambly areas, attacking by spitting eggs at enemies. Nowadays, he helps the Kongs find secrets they may have missed.
