The infamous leader of Ellay’s Bla-Bla Gang, Teddy joins Ninten after being impressed by his strength in battle. He agrees to travel up to Mt. Itoi with Ninten and Ana in order to avenge his parents, who perished there. However, he’s unable to complete his journey, being put out of commission by a powerful robot, R7038. Don’t worry, though! He’s fully recovered, taking up singing at the Live House.
