Performed by putting your other leg at an angle and holding your arms above your head, this Yoga exercise is meant to focus on your legs and back, while improving balance. In Smash, it’s the Wii Fit Trainer’s Up Smash attack, hitting opponents with the points of his hands. It also grants brief intangibility at the start, so practice that timing!
